The Journal Turismo: Visão e Ação is linked to the Graduate Program in Tourism and Hospitality at the University of Vale do Itajaí (UNIVALI). It is a scientific journal published quarterly, interdisciplinary, national and international reach circulation. It is currently classified, according to Qualis / CAPES criteria, such as B 2 in the area of Administration, Accounting and Tourism.

The target audience is mainly composed of researchers, teachers and students of undergraduate and graduate in Tourism and related fields; as well as for consultants, entrepreneurs and professionals from public and private companies operating in these areas. In this sense, we encourage the submission of original articles, whether theoretical or theoretical and empirical, national or international addressing relevant topics with provocative and innovative perspectives for the scientific development of tourism and related fields, whose content has remarkable depth analytical and theoretical consistency methodological, and reflects the state of the art production of knowledge in the area. Jobs can be submitted in Portuguese and Spanish, and will be published in their original language.

The Journal Tourism - Vision and Action's mission is the dissemination of technical-scientific works that contribute to the generation of knowledge in the Tourism area.

The abbreviated title is RTVA, which should be used in bibliographies, footnotes, bibliographical references and strips.
