The Brazilian Journal of Tourism Research (RBTUR) is the scientific journal of the Brazilian National Association of Research and Postgraduate Studies in Tourism (ANPTUR). It aims to disseminate results of rigorous, innovative and relevant scientific research on tourism, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in this field of study.
RBTUR is an open access quarterly journal focused primarily on academic tourism researchers, complementarily also targeting institutions of research and higher education, as well as managers and practitioners of tourism related organizations.
In order to be accepted for publication by RBTUR, articles must have a direct and explicit association with tourism.
All articles undergo a blind peer review process and are published in English and in Portuguese or Spanish. RBTUR is funded by ANPTUR, and no authors' fees are charged for submission, evaluation and publication.
